Student Safety Services

L.I.M.O. Shuttle Service

L.I.M.O. vans provide free, safe transportation to students, faculty and staff to and from any point within our established service area, which stretches from North 7th Street on the east to North 24th Street on the west, and from Clybourn Avenue on the south to State Street on the north.

Student drivers operate nine L.I.M.O. vans nightly from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., year-round. Students simply have to call 288-6363 (8-6363 from a campus phone), or wait at a L.I.M.O. stop location and signal the L.I.M.O. van as it's driving down the street. Students can also use a Blue Light Phone to call for a ride.

Safety Patrol Service

Safety PatrolYou're never alone at Marquette thanks to the Public Safety Department's Safety Patrol Service. Student employees patrol assigned areas in teams, offer escorts to students, faculty and staff, and watch out for any suspicious activity. Each team is equipped with two way radios and flashlights, and outfitted in bright yellow jackets.

The Safety Patrol Service operates nightly from 5:00 p.m. to midnight during the academic year.

To get an escort, call 288-6363 (8-6363 from a campus phone), stop a team of safety patrollers, or use a Blue Light Phone.
