Pre-Departure Orientation

Attendance at a general study abroad pre-departure session and a program-specific session is mandatory. 

General Pre-departure Orientation for students studying abroad in the spring of 2009 will be held in Raynor Library BC at the times listed below.  All students regardless of program, regardless of college must attend one of the sessions.  Visit the Office of International Education (AMU 425) now, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, to sign up for one of these sessions.  There are limited spaces available for each session!  Depending on your program, you may be asked to attend one session over the other.

Thursday, November 13  from 3 pm - 6 pm

Saturday, November 15  from 1 pm - 4 pm

Program-Specific Orientations will be offered between November 10 and November 17.  Specific dates, times, and locations will be announced on Monday, October 27. 

General Pre-departure Orientation for students studying abroad in the summer and fall of 2009 will be held in April 2009; dates and times are announced in January.
