InnsbruckToday, University of Innsbruck has over 28,000 students, of which over 1,000 are international students. The Extension Center, a service and public information office, cultivates contacts with the community for the economic use of research results and informs the media.

Class and Credit Info:

The average exchange student takes 5 or 6 classes per semester. This number of classes usually equates to around 15–18 credits.

Grading System:

University of Innsbruck’s Grading Scale is different from the grading system used at Marquette University. Students will transfer credits back to Marquette for those classes where the student received a 4 or higher. Please note that grades will not be transferred, only the credits for those classes approved will be transferred. The following is the university’s Grading Scale:
