A. PRAYER

The Day of Reflection should provide an opportunity for personal and community prayer, focusing on the chosen theme.  Community prayer should include Scripture when appropriate.

B. REFLECTION

Written reflection by the individual participants aides the process of faith growth and formation.  Sample notebooks for journaling could be provided.

C. DIALOGUE

Small group discussion and large group lecture creates community support of the faith journey.  A facilitator guiding this process is helpful.

D. ACTION

Identifying follow up action to be taken as individuals, or if appropriate, by a group of the participants addresses our Christian calling to live our faith.  Suggestions could include commitments to daily prayer or community outreach consistent with the theme.
