Wild, S.J., said the university’s specific greatness is “our distinctiveness as a Catholic, Jesuit university.” He said affirming that identity is “non-negotiable,” requiring that the university prepare students to “serve a world in need” and “to succeed as professionals and flourish as human beings.”
