New $25 million gift to College of Engineering
The family of a Marquette engineering alumnus will donate an additional $25 million to the College of Engineering, doubling a previous donation. The donors, who wish to remain anonymous, challenge other benefactors to assist in the transformation of engineering education underway at Marquette. Read more

- Leaping the Gaps
On Leap Day, Friday, February 29, the Marquette Law School will host a public service
conference titled "Leaping the Gaps for Children with Special Needs.” Admission is
free for families of children with special needs. Read more
- Roundtable on health care reform
Mike Gousha, distinguished fellow in law and public policy, will moderate "Health Care in
Wisconsin: Where Do We Go from Here?" on Thursday, February 14. The free public
roundtable on health care will feature eight state leaders in Wisconsin health care.

- Marquette’s young leaders
Once again, Marquette is well represented in the Business Journal of Milwaukee’s list of
“Forty Under 40.” The annual list, which highlights those under the age of 40 who are
making a real difference in the community, includes 12 people with Marquette ties.

on the Web. The project celebrates the inspiring words of some of Marquette’s most
