Mission Week: Faith Doing Justice
FEBRUARY 3 - 8, 2008
This year’s Mission Week theme is Faith Doing Justice, reflecting our commitment to a Marquette education that integrates intellectual rigor, spiritual depth and concrete action for a more just and peaceful world. Don’t miss the keynote event, "War, Peace and People of Faith," at 4 p.m. Thursday, February 7 in Marquette’s Varsity Theatre.
With CNN’s Soledad O’Brien as moderator, four distinguished panelists will discuss how faith affects our decisions about how to deal with conflict and injustice. Tickets for the general public are available January 30 at the Brooks Lounge, Alumni Memorial Union, first floor.
