• Dental school opens new clinic
  This week the Marquette School of Dentistry will open a state-of-the-art community
  clinic to serve adolescents and adults on Milwaukee’s northside. Dr. Albert Abena
  will oversee the clinic, which will be staffed with part-time dental and dental
  hygiene faculty members as well as Marquette dental students. Read more

  The College of Nursing recently honored the area’s most outstanding nurses with its first
  Cameos of Caring Awards Gala. Six Marquette alumni were among the 13 winners.

• Friday is the deadline for Business Plan Competition
  The Kohler Center for Entrepreneurship is accepting submissions for Marquette
  University's 7th annual business plan competition through Friday, November 14. The
  competition provides a learning environment in which budding entrepreneurs develop their
  business ideas and receive feedback from faculty and experienced entrepreneurs.
