Dear Marquette family: I’m writing to ask our most engaged alumni for help as we move to the next, critical stage of our strategic planning process – developing ideas for university-wide goals to be considered for inclusion in the final strategic plan. These goals will be tied to the strategic planning themes and will provide a direction for forward progress for the university during the next five to seven years. I’m hoping you will continue to contribute to our strategic planning process by sharing your ideas for university-wide goals via the online goal suggestions form by Friday, Feb. 22. We want to be sure the final plan accurately reflects the wisdom, dreams and desires of our faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends around the world. To that end, we recently updated the original strategic planning themes and produced a Vision Statement, which reflect your input from last fall. Additional context, including an explanation of the strategic plan elements and selected key findings from the environmental scan can be found here, and may help provide a framework for your goal ideas.
