Food for thought
Four nights a week, students gather in the O'Donnell Hall kitchen to fight one of Milwaukee's greatest problems — hunger. Rather than throwing out salvageable food at the end of each day, student volunteers collect salads, sandwiches, pastries and other food from eateries across campus to create 500-600 meals each week.
