MU Connect Frequently Asked Questions
What Web site features will go away while the new MU Connect is under construction?
While the following online features will be temporarily unavailable via MU Connect, alumni will be able to access/submit information through other phone/online options.

While the following features will be unavailable as we develop the new MU Connect, look for many of them to offer improved functionality:

When is MU Connect coming back?
A new site date has not been finalized. Staff and alumni will be notified with advance notice of the planned date, including through the monthly MU Connections
e-newsletter.
Will I have to register for the new MU Connect if I am currently a member?
You will not have to register again, however, your password will change in order to increase site security. All alumni will receive notification of their login information.
How can I find a fellow alumnus/a without the online alumni directory?
The Alumni Association is happy to help you locate your former classmates on an individual basis. Please contact the MUAA via e-mail or by contacting Joe Serge at (414) 288-7791.
How can I update my e-mail address or other contact information?
Please e-mail us at muconnect@marquette.edu to update your information in the university's alumni database.
How can I seek career support while the MU Connect career features are unavailable?
Please visit the Career Resources page for information, including how the Marquette University Career Services Center can assist you, and check out the MUAA group on Linkedin. For questions and further assistance, contact the Alumni Association at muconnect@marquette.edu or (414) 288-7791.
How can I share a Class Note? Will it be posted online?
Alumni may submit class notes via e-mail at alumni.office@marquette.edu. Your note will appear in an upcoming issue of Marquette Magazine, and on the magazine's Web site. You will also be able submit Class Notes monthly via the MU Connections e-newsletter.
How can I provide feedback or recommendations about the new MU Connect site to the Alumni Association?

How do I find information about an alumni club or chapter in my area?
Information about alumni clubs and chapters based on geographic location, college or interest may be found on the Chapters page. Information about club and chapter events may be found on the Calendar/Events page.
What other online networking opportunities are available?
Marquette University is pleased to offer a Facebook fan page, a Twitter feed, a YouTube channel, a Flickr photo stream and an MUAA group on Linkedin. Various alumni chapters have also formed their own Facebook groups. Visit the Chapters page to learn more.
