University facilities are available to all university deparments
and registered student organizations at no charge when there are
no fees assessed to the participants. Facility charges will
be in effect when fees are assessed. Please call the AMU
Event Management Office at (414) 288-7202 or stop by AMU 245 to
make reservations or further inquiries.
Student Organization Events
The university is pleased to offer its facilities and event
planning services to all Marquette University recognized student
organizations. A program qualifies as a student organization
event when the space is reserved by a member of that organization,
and the group is actively involved in the planning of the event.
University Department Events
A program qualifies as a university department event when
the space is reserved by a Marquette University department, the
department is actively involved in the planning of the event and
the program is charged to a university account.
Non-University Events
Programs, conferences, wedding receptions, or other events
that have been invited to utilize the campus facilities that are
not hosted by other university departments or student organizations
are considered non-university sponsored events. Please call
the Alumni Memorial Union Event Management Office at (414) 288-5684
or stop by the AMU, Room 245, to request a space reservation.
