The Event Management Office is your one stop shop for campus reservations
The Event Management Office, located in Room 245 on the second floor of the Alumni Memorial Union, is the place Marquette students and staff go to make space and publicity reservations on campus. Not only are they responsible for setting up reservations for meeting rooms and ballroom space within the AMU, Event Management also handles reservations for use of the Weasler Auditorium, Varsity Theater, Union Sports Annex, academic classrooms and outdoor space on campus.
Staffed by a combination of full-time event coordinators and student office assistants, the Event Management Office works with guests over the phone, in person and through on-line space requests. On average, this department, who works closely with the AMU Operations Staff and the Dining Services Catering staff, helps to coordinate 1,335 diverse events each month.
Event Management hours of operation include:
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday to Sunday, Closed
