Marquette Place is one of the hottest places to eat on campus. As the main retail dining space, Marquette Place consists of eight specialty options located on the second floor of the Alumni Memorial Union that suit all your cravings. These offerings include:
- Ultimate Baja - South of the border Mexican cuisine
- Fresh Greens - Made to order gourmet salads
- Sushi - Made daily by a sushi chef right in front of your eyes
- Grill 155 - Grilled fare including a variety of burgers, chicken and specialty sandwiches
- Einstein's Bros. Bagels - More than a dozen types of fresh-baked bagels, sandwiches, salads, fresh fruits and desserts
- New York City Subs - East coast hoagies sure to satisfy any appetite
- Simply To Go - Freshly made grab and go salads, sandwiches, snacks and desserts
- Natural Market - A specialty market featuring natural and organic items like the Fresh Organic Greens salad bar as well as healthy living selections
Marquette Place hours of operation during the school year beginning Monday, August 30 are:
- Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Closed Saturday and Sunday
The Natural Market hours are:
- Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Closed Saturday and Sunday
