A dining experience with casual elegance

The Lunda Room (AMU 2nd floor) offers Marquette University faculty, staff, students and guests a casual, yet distinguished sit-down dining experience right in the heart of campus. Open over the lunch hour Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Lunda Room is a mostly student run operation that offers freshly made soups, salads, entrees, signature sandwiches and mouth-watering desserts.

New this year, the Lunda Room introduced an ethnic cuisine feature to the menu that showcases a different rotation of items each month. Guests have been able to try out and enjoy ethnic entrees from all over the world ranging from Pan-African cuisine to Asian-Pacific Rim offerings to Middle-Eastern fare.

The Lunda Room is also famous for their Friday Fish Fry buffet. The buffet showcases both baked and fried cod along with several types of salads and desserts. Macaroni and cheese, fresh cooked vegetables and cheesy potatoes often accompany the buffet as well.

Walk-in guests are welcome though reservations are strongly encouraged for dining on Friday due to the popularity of the Fish Fry. For reservations and to go items, guests can call 414-288-3073.
