Chef Bob DeNicola Wins Third Place at 2006 Wisconsin State Fair Amateur Winemaking Competition Web Posted: August 1, 2006
Chef Bob DeNicola took Third Place in the 2006 Wisconsin State Fair Amateur Winemaking Competition for a Zinfandel entered earlier this summer. This is Chef Bob's second award from the Wisconsin State Fair in the category of Amateur Winemaking. He had previously been awarded Best In Show for a bottle of Merlot he produced.
Chef Bob DeNicola is the Executive Chef for University Catering and oversees the Lunda Room located on the second floor of the Alumni Memorial Union.
