Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2009 EBI Survey on AMU Services
Earlier this month, the Alumni Memorial Staff and Advisory Board administered an annual assessment of programs and services in the building. Using the Educational Benchmarking Inc. (EBI) Survey as the 2009 assessment tool, a random group of students and staff were emailed the survey to grade the AMU on aspects such as dining, programming and advertising of services among other items.
The results are currently being fully tabulated to evaluate current services the AMU offers and to plan for future programs and renovations. The feedback also provides AMU staff with valuable information to review and base action plans around. Complete survey results will be posted as they become available. Some exciting highlights from this year's survey include:
- 7% increase from the 2006 EBI Survey in satisfaction of union food variety and price (the highest increase overall in this year's survey)
- 6% increase from the 2006 EBI Survey in program effectiveness
