Learn how to roll and enjoy free samples
As part of International Education Week, the Office of International Education and Sodexo Dining Services will feature Chef Jung Pak from Mr. Pak's for a free sushi demonstration on Wednesday, November 16 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m in AMU Room 227. The event will include the history of sushi, lessons on how to prepare sushi and samplings of different varieties of sushi.
The sushi demonstration is open to all to attend, but space is limited to 80 people. To register for the event, please go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/8ZPGCHT and sign up by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2011.
Mr. Pak's sushi is sold out of the Marquette Place and Brew Cafes year round.
