A dining guide to cuisine in the AMU, Annex & Tory Hill during Lent

During the season of Lent, Sodexo Dining Services will feature special items in all dining locations including Marquette Place, Lunda Room, Tory Hill and the Union Sports Annex. These Lenten menu selections will be offered on Ash Wednesday and on all Fridays during Lent. Look for the following menu additions:

Marquette Place (AMU 2nd floor)

• Fried Fish Sandwich in Grill 155
• Fish Tacos in Ultimate Baja
• Greek Salad in Fresh Greens

Lunda Room (AMU 2nd floor)

• Fish Fry all-you-care-to-eat
• Crab Maque Choux Supper Club Salad - Lump crab served over greens, corn, black eye peas, peppers, onions and tomatoes, finished with a Cajun vinaigrette
• Catfish Po'Boy - Cajun mayo, tomato, leaf lettuce and New Orleans slaw served with French fries

Tory Hill (Eckstein Hall)

• Blackened Tilapia offered at both lunch and dinner

Union Sports Annex - WoW (16th & Wells)

• Catfish Sandwich
• Buffalo Shrimp Salad
• Seafood Gumbo
