The Lunda Room will feature Pan-African cuisine with a week long celebration Monday, February 15 to Friday, February 19 in honor of Pan-African Heritage Month. The menu will showcase delicious fare such as African Curry Coconut Soup with Chick Peas, Moroccan Beef Meatballs Tangier and Meditarranean Chicken Salad with Tabbouleh.
The Lunda Room will also have a special Ash Wednesday, February 17, seafood offering of Pan Fried Tilapia with Moroccan Spiced Vegetables. This will be available for both in house dining and carry out.
