Take a break from the pressure of finals at the Stress Free Zone

The Alumni Memorial Union partners with the Center for Health Education to offer Marquette students a Stress Free Zone on the first two days of finals week Monday, December 10 and Tuesday, December 11. Students can enjoy free hand massages, healthy snacks and tips for ways to relieve the stress and anxiety that come with studying for finals from 5pm to 7pm each day in the AMU 2nd floor lobby.
