BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES NEWSLETTER

News From The Chair

Dr. Robert FittsThis newsletter starts our second year of publishing, and we are thrilled with the alumni response. Thanks for your support and interest in the department and this newsletter; we feel it is a great venue for connecting with our current students and alumni. This issue continues “Our History” with a story on the department during WWII, and includes “Faculty Profiles” featuring Dr. Peter Abramoff, who chaired the department for nearly 25 years, and Dr. Stephen Munroe, a biochemist who joined the department in 1978. We are interested in hearing from you so please feel free to email our newsletter editor, Kirsten Boeh, or visit us on Facebook.
