
This award is given annually to the Biomedical Sciences graduate who has displayed exceptional academic performance as demonstrated by the highest GPA in his or her graduating class. The award was re-named in remembrance of Dr. Edward Carroll, a Biomedical Sciences faculty member who died in 2010.

This award is given annually to a Biomedical Sciences graduate who has demonstrated outstanding commitment, proficiency and accomplishments in the laboratory of a Biomedical Sciences faculty research mentor.
Research Award Recipients
This award is given annually to a Biomedical Sciences graduate who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to and leadership in humanitarianism and service to others.
Service Award Recipients
This award is given annually to a graduate who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to leadership in accordance with the mission of Marquette University. This award is named in honor of former faculty member, Dr. Robin L. Curtis.

Over the last decade, our graduation awards have gone through some restructuring. Our Robin Curtis Award for Service went through a restructuring in 2010. We developed a formalized nomination process, limited the number of award recipients and divided Service and Leadership into two separate awards.

The department recognizes graduating students who have excelled in undergraduate research each year. These students have participated for multiple semesters in the laboratory of a Biomedical Sciences faculty research mentor or of a faculty research mentor from the College of Health Sciences.
