- We regret to announce the passing of Dr. Quentin
L. Quade on the morning of January 20, 1999.
As an academic, as an administrator, as a mentor, everywhere he stepped Dr. Quade left an unmistakable trail of solid, responsible work and genuine humanitarian concern for others. He was the stuff of heros and giants.
Mr. David D. Urbanski, who has worked closely
with Dr. Quade since 1993, has assumed the responsibility of directing
