Students who have prepaid charges but do not register for classes will be given a full refund less applicable non-refundable deposits.
Students who register and subsequently change their course standing through a withdrawal will have an adjustment made to their account. If that adjustment results in a refund due to the student, the Office of the Bursar will email the student notification when the refund check is available for pickup.

Tuition Insurance - A.W.G. DEWAR Inc. Tuition Refund Plan
We are pleased to advise you of an optional insurance program which extends the university refund policy. This program is known as the Tuition Refund Plan. Tuition may be insured. Applications must be postmarked by the opening date of classes to participate. The Tuition Refund Plan will return 100% of insured term tuition should a medical problem force a withdrawal during the term.
