Students may enter the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology as freshmen, or may transfer into the department from another university division or another institution later in their academic program. Applicants for advanced standing admission into the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology may be admitted if they carry a quality point average of 2.40 as a freshman, 2.60 as a sophomore, or a 2.80 as a junior, based on a 4.0 system.
