The Fourth Annual CHS Biomedical Sciences Summer Research Program Student Research Day was held on Friday August 1, 2007 in the Grand Ballroom, Alumni Memorial Unionl. Students formally presented their research findings to Marquette faculty, students, staff, and administrators during a poster session. Following introductory remarks by Dr. John Mantsch, Director of the Department of Biomedical Sciences Summer Research Programs.
Three student research presentation awards were given based on evaluations by faculty mentors. This year’s awardees were (shard 1st place) Mckenzie Fauth and Jasmine Zapata, and (2nd place) Anthony Purgianto, The session was followed by a luncheon at which certificates and awards were distributed.
