Marquette Retreat Ministry 2009/2010
Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits, urged men and women to be attentive to the movement of their hearts and the voice of God within them. To cultivate a deeper awareness of God and self, he urged people to take daily and sustained time for quiet and prayer. Campus Ministry invites you to shape your life in response to God in the tradition of St. Ignatius. Take time. Consider making one of the many retreat options available to you at Marquette University.

Retreat Policies
- No refunds or transfers will be considered within one week of the retreat.
- Once the fee is paid and the waiver is signed, reservation on the retreat is completed.
- Retreat registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; when a retreat is filled, a waiting list will be established.
- Registration for the Marquette Experience Retreats may become an exception to this registration procedure. If the retreat fills to capacity early, then a lottery system will be implemented. All registrations will be accepted up until the closing date stated for the retreat and all names will be picked like a "lottery system" to identify who will be attending the retreat. This allows for fairness to all parties wanting to attend the retreat within the full time frame of registration. Registered retreat individuals will be notified if registration turns from first come first serve to the lottery system.
- You are expected to attend the entire retreat and use Campus Ministry-sponsored transportation; retreat individuals will not be allowed to arrive at the retreat center late or leave before the retreat is over.
- Retreat individuals are required to follow all guidelines and policies established by the retreat center where the retreat is held.
