Salt & Light

FAITH

RETREATS

February 23 - 25, 2018

“The best retreat I have ever been on because I was able to delve more deeply into my Catholic faith and grow stronger in it as well!” - Retreat Participant

Lent is a great time to recommit to your faith life and deepen your knowledge of Catholic practice. Do both at once on this year’s Salt & Light retreat, which will focus on the seasons of Lent and Easter—particularly Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday. The retreat brings those holy days to life, with student talks demonstrating how they bring meaning to our walk as disciples all year long.

As a weekend celebrating Catholic community and practice, Salt & Light includes large-group and small-group discussion, music, liturgy, and traditional Catholic devotions like Adoration, the Rosary, and the Liturgy of the Hours. If you’re new to these practices, don’t worry—there will be plenty of explanation and guidance. It is a great opportunity to meet new people, deepen your faith life, and learn more about the Catholic faith, in order to be better equipped to be the salt of the earth and light of the world.
