Grey Worldwide is one of the last independent publicly owned advertising agencies. It has 122 offices in 151 cities in 90 countries. In the industry ranking by income, Grey ranked #1 in the United States, #1 in New York and #6 worldwide. It's major blue-chip clients include Procter and Gamble, Mars, 3M, SmithKline Beecham, Panasonic, and Canon.

During her 30-year career at Grey, Nancy has distinguished herself, first as a producer and a Production Group Head and currently as the Director of Broadcast, overseeing the company's entire Radio/Television Production Department ­ the largest broadcast production group in the agency business.

She's comfortable working in categories as various as beauty products and automobiles, and her breakthrough work on demanding and innovative commercials for Kool-Aid, Canon, Timex, AMC/Renault, and Procter & Gamble have made her a much sought-after resource for Grey's many creative teams. They've also garnered her just about every award in the business, including a Clio for her work for Timex and a Cannes Lion for the Renault Alliance "Park Avenue" execution. She has numerous Andy's, Addy's, One Show and other industry awards. She was also named to the 1985 Adweek Creative All-Star Team.

Most recently, Nancy devotes most of her time and talent to overseeing all of Grey New York's production, as well as the production for many of the companies global clients. She is also a key resource for new business. She has great interest in the new technologies, digital asset management and the various new media that will take the business well into the new millennium. Nancy also takes great pride in her mentoring programs for young creative people and producers. She is currently working in concert with the Procter and Gamble Company to encourage, mentor and promote a greater multicultural presence in the advertising and production industry.

Nancy holds a BA from Boston College and a design degree from the New York School of Interior Design. A member of the AAAA Production Committee, The Worldwide Heads of Production Group, Women in Film, and the Academy of Televisions Arts and Sciences, she was inducted into the YWCA's 1993 "Academy of Women Achievers" and currently serves on their advisory board. She also teaches and serves on the Religious Education advisory board of Assumption Church in Wesport, CT. Nancy lives in Westport, with her 10 year-old daughter Annie in a renovated house that she designed.
