Why
Marquette?
I guess you could say I've
grown up at Marquette. All of my adult life has
been spent here, first
as a student and now as an educator/administrator.
I know first-hand the quality of the educational
experience offered here. The seriousness of the
students and the commitment of the faculty and
administration keeps me contributing all that I
can.
Interests
Research into why and how diverse groups of people can relate effectively despite
internal and external barriers; cultural and diversity initiatives; organizational
development and cultural change; leadership and team effectiveness; work-based
