Communication Studies

Digital Media and Performing Arts

This department offers majors and minors in Digital Media and in Theatre Arts, plus minors in Dance, Film, and Music. Journalism and Media Studies

Strategic Communication

The department of Strategic Communication offers majors and minors in Advertising, Corporate Communication, and Public Relations. Fine Arts Minors

The College of Communication also oversees the Fine Arts minors in collaboration with the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. Graduate Studies and Research

The College of Communication's graduate programs include a Master of Arts in Communication with two specializations: Communication professions and society and Digital communication strategies. Graduate students can also complete a storytelling certificate or pursue a MA in Corporate Communication, a degree offered in conjunction with the Graduate School of Management.
