The Wakerly Media Lab for Innovation and Creativity, located on the first floor of Johnston Hall, is a high-end computer lab open to the Marquette community for creative work in media, design and communication. The Lab offers a complete technological tool kit and is the place to discover, practice, conceptualize and create.

Students and faculty can work with the Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance their projects in design, 3D modeling, mobile app development or video and audio editing. Some of the many technologies available to learn include:

  • Design Software
  • 3-D Printing
  • Virtual Reality
  • Drones
  • 360-Degree Video

Workshops in special topics run year round, providing hands-on experience working with the latest tools, technologies and techniques.
