Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Department is responsible for processing all non-payroll payments including

• Purchase order invoices (UPP 3-01: Purchasing Procedures)
  
  
• Direct Invoice Vouchers (UPP 3-05: Procedure for Processing Invoices, Direct Invoice Vouchers (DIV) and Payment of Independent Contractors )
  
  
• Travel Reimbursements (UPP 1-09: Travel) and related activities.
