ARTICLE VII -- Amendments

Amendments to these By-Laws may be adopted at any meeting of the Committee On Staff by a vote of at least two-thirds of the twelve (12) committee members, provided that notice thereof was given at the regularly scheduled meeting preceding or was given to all members in writing at least one (1) week previously.
