BY-LAWS PREAMBLE

The Committee On Staff (COS) shall be composed entirely of elected, non-union support staff employees of Marquette University.  Its purpose will be to represent the Support Staff by advising the administration through the Vice Presidents on matters of special concern to the support staff.
