PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT/MENTORSHIP

GROW with Marquette - Opportunities for Professional and Personal Growth

The GROW with Marquette Program started in February/March 2000. Since that time, more than 4,000 employees have benefited from participation at over 200 classes. The goals of the GROW with Marquette Program are to continue to provide quality cost-effective professional and personal development opportunities for all employees and to continue to educate the Marquette community about the importance of development and the responsibility of everyone in the university to participate in their own personal growth and in Marquette's growth in becoming one of the best Catholic universities in the country.

Employee Tuition Benefit Program

Employees, spouses of employees, and dependent children of employees are eligible for paid tuition credits for classes taken at Marquette, subject to all pertinent eligibility requirements, terms and conditions of the official University Tuition Remission Policy.

Conditions for the University Tuition Remission Policy is contained within sections BPP VIII-11 and BPP VIII-12 of the Tuition Benefit Program located on the HR web page.
