Brett is a sophomore who is working towards a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. Brett's
ultimate goal is to earn a doctorate in Psychology. He is a member of Active Minds, Empowerment,
Best Buddies and various other clubs. His favorite activities include thinking, hiking, art, reading,
running, swimming, being outdoors, discussing philosophy, travelling and many other boring things.

Mitchell is a sophomore Pre-Law Scholar and a History major. He is a brother in the Kappa Sigma
Fraternity. He enjoys playing intramural sports, such as football and soccer, with friends. He isn’t a
fan of reading but enjoys a Harry Potter book every once in awhile.
Other hobbies include going to the gym, tanning, and doing laundry.
Moriah is pursuing a double major in Biology and Pre-Med studies as well as a minor in Criminology. She is a first year member of VOICE who was born in Australia and is an Australian and American citizen. Moriah enjoys watching Disney movies to re-live her childhood, camping, dancing, singing, training dogs and eating Papa John's while studying.
Bekah is a senior pursuing a major in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Chemistry with pre-Med intentions. She is involved in Alpha Chi Omega sorority and is the current VP of Programming of the Panhellenic Association at Marquette. She has worked as a tutor through the Educational Opportunity Progam and a Chemistry Lab TA. When Bekah has time to relax, she indulges in a marathon of Criminal Minds and a large bowl of ice cream. Although this is her third and final year as a VOICE member, she believes she still continues to grow as a VOICE educator. Every discussion about sexual violence awareness and healthy relationships sheds light on new perspectives to consider and she finds that truly rewarding.
Katie is a junior in the Klinger colleg of Arts and Sciences. She is a double major in criminology and
psychology and this is her first semester in VOICE. In her free time, Katie loves to draw, listen to
music as well as hanging out with friends. Katie is a water person and loves the beach. Katie would
love to be on the show Survivor, if only she could go without food. One of her favorite pasttimes is
finding unique restaurants that she can visit time and again.
Rachel is a sophomore and a first year VOICE. She is pursuing a double major in Political Science and Women's and Gender studies. Don't ask what she is doing post-Marquette, because she doesn't really know yet. In her free time, she sleeps and reads for class, since that's about all there's time for in her all-too-busy college life. But, when she is not sleeping and reading, she's falling in love with VOICE and she hopes to make an impact on Marquette in her small, unique way.
Rachael is a junior studying Psychology and Women’s and Gender studies and aspires to become a psychologist. Her favorite activities as a child included playing ‘school’ on the weekends and singing the Titanic theme song as if it was the first time anyone had ever heard it. Rachael appreciates true stories, live music, and slam poetry. She notices that some birds forget to fly south in the winter, but realizes they might actually like the cold. Her belief is that not all birds are the same.
Drew is a first year VOICE member who is a senior studying secondary education with a minor in
English. After graduation, Drew plans to return to the high school he graduated from to teach. In his
spare time he loves searching and dreaming of cars, watching movies and playing sports. Drew
aspires to sky dive and travel to every continent. He plans to live on the water in paradise.
Sumeet is a junior at Marquette. He is majoring in Political Science and minoring in Criminology and Law Studies. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking to different destinations and has traveled to Australia, Fiji, Kenya, and a few European countries. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and was the philanthropy chair, which helped him gain a better understanding on the topic of sexual violence prevention. He joined VOICE because he wanted to help educate others about sexual assault and its prevention.
Anna is a first year as VOICE member and is a sophomore studying Social Welfare and Justice and Sociology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. She just moved to Wisconsin from Los Angeles, California but grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. She loves to travel, volunteer, smile, laugh, watch and play sports, the snow, and giving hugs. In the future, she hopes to work with children in the non-profit world.
Betsy is a senior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. When she isn't working her way through an endless stack of grad school applications, she enjoys baking, cooking vegetarian food and being a scary feminist.
