When individuals discover a need for input on significant questions about their personal lives or professional work, they can convene a group of people to raise questions behind their significant questions. Participants will learn how to form, prepare and convene significant others for a Clearing Session based on Quaker Tradition.
Rick Deines has consulted and trained congregations ecumenically, initiating 'projects' for a stronger city, and supporting creative leadership.
Bob Pavlik has taught high school humanities and English as well as graduate courses for literacy education and sustainability. He directed school reform initiatives through the Institute for the Transformation of Learning at Marquette University. Today, he serves as the focalizer for the Project for Community Transformation for MU's College of Professional Studies and the Executive Director for the High Wind Association Foundation.
