The specialization is designed to train professionals seeking to practice as third party neutrals in the field of dispute resolution, or to be knowledgeable participants in the dispute resolution process.

Curriculum
To earn a master's degree in leadership studies, you must complete a total of 36 credit hours of course work. You must complete 15 credit hours of core leadership studies courses and 15 credit hours in your specialization. Additionally, you need to earn 6 credit hours in completing a master's thesis (Plan A) or an integrated capstone project (Plan B).
