Who is it for?
The specialization is designed to train professionals seeking to practice as third party neutrals in the field of dispute resolution, or to be knowledgeable participants in the dispute resolution process.
The Alternative Dispute Resolution program (ADR) at Marquette University has enjoyed national acclaim for a number of years. The Center for Dispute Resolution is celebrating the recent number 11 ranking by US News & World Report, placing the Marquette Alternative Dispute Resolution Program among the best in the United States.
Marquette University also offers a graduate certificate program in Dispute Resolution.

Curriculum
To earn a master's degree in public service, you must complete a total of 36 credit hours of course work. A student must complete 21 credit hours of public service core courses and 15 hours in your specialization.
