BizTimes Commercial Real Estate & Development Conference 2009

The Center for Real Estate is an event partner along with BizTimes and CARW for the Commercial Real Estate & Development Conference being held on Thursday, November 12th. The theme for this year’s conference will be, “What Now?” The conference will examine the latest trends in commercial real estate and development and explore the possibilities for the year ahead. The program will be moderated by Dr. Mark Eppli with a panel of experts that will discuss how to successfully development strategies and best practices in a recession, including adaptive reuse of properties, effective approaches to gaining access to capital, environmental sustainability and the emergence of aerotropolis development.
