 The
Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) is committed to serving as a
vital link to faculty, administrators and the student body which provides
a setting for discussions, events, services, enrichment activities
and support on issues of diversity.
We believe these activities will
foster an awareness of cultural diversity. OMA provides an array
of sponsored and co-sponsored services and events. We see our university
as a dynamic, stimulating and multicultural learning community; one
that both challenges all its members to grow and provides support
and encouragement to diversity.
We believe that strong and definite
support for cultural activities and communities is an essential component
of our commitment to diversity.
