M.S. and Certificate in Orthodontics
A 2-year Certificate Program in Graduate Orthodontics
The graduate program is 24 months in duration with an emphasis
on high quality clinical training. First year residents normally
take on an initial caseload of 40-50 patients and then receive an additional
transfer of 90-100 patients in their second year.
There is a strong
commitment from the local orthodontic community and our part-time
faculty provides most of the clinic coverage. We have 15
part-time clinical faculty who have broad experience in clinical orthodontics;
seven are board certified and five are current members of the Angle
Society.
The Chairman, Dr. Thomas Bradley is responsible for the
administration of the department and the Interim Graduate Program
Director Dr. Erwin Stier directs the clinic activity.
