MOE KASSAB, DDS, MS
Assistant Professor, Department of Surgical Sciences
Program in Periodontics

Dr. Kassab received his DDS from Damascus University in Syria. He then completed a Master of Science and a certificate program at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2001, where he also completed a one year fellowship program in implant dentistry. After his residency program he moved to Boston where he worked as a staff associate at the Forsyth Institute and participated in clinical research. He was a clinical instructor for the postgraduate students at Harvard University, School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Periodontics. Dr. Kassab is a second generation dentist following in the footsteps of his father who was his inspiration. Dr. Kassab chose to pursue his career at MUSoD because he was impressed by the new dental school and especially the new curriculum. He and his wife, Hala, enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
