Emergency Care

If you are not receiving regular care at the dental school and have a dental emergency, you can use our walk-in emergency service.

Emergency service is usually available Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-served basis.

The south doors of the School of Dentistry open at 7:30 a.m. and the clinic begins to treat patients at 9:00 a.m. We see a limited number of walk-in emergency patients per day.

If you are not a patient of record with the School of Dentistry Clinic, please call (414) 288-6790 and press "2" for additional information on emergency services. 

Payment Options

We accept cash, VISA and Master Card for walk-in emergencies, payable before being seen. We also accept  most Medicaid (Title 19) insurance.

We do not accept checks, Discover or American Express.

For Current Patients

Patients of record should call their assigned group/ student dentist for an appointment during normal business hours. For after hours emergency appointments patients of record should call (414) 985-2200.
