How do I become a Community Care Clinics patient?

Call one of our two community dental clinics dedicated to providing oral health care needs for low-income residents while expanding clinical opportunities for our dental students.

North Community Dental Clinic – 210 W. Capitol Dr.

Located in the lower level of the Chase Bank building, our 10-chair clinic is dedicated to serving the north side of Milwaukee. We serve adolescents and adults four days a week and children under 12 on Thursdays.

Located on the lower level of the Sixteenth Street Community Health Center's Parkway facility, our 10-chair clinic serves adolescents and adults four days a week and children under 12 on Wednesdays.

What to expect

Dental care at the community clinics is provided by dental students under the supervision of licensed dentists.
