English
majors explore that experience, and at Marquette there are two majors:
- Literature
Major studies major periods, authors and kinds of
English and American literature with an emphasis on literary-historical-cultural analyses.
- WINE (Writinig-INtensive English) Major
studies both literature and writing with emphases on rhetoric/composition, creative writing, and/or professional writing.
