Who are the Nurse Practitioners at MNHC?
All of the Nurse Practitioners at MNHC are registered nurses with graduate degrees in nursing. Nurse Practitioners are licensed by the state to function independently. We work collaboratively with other health care professionals to provide the best possible care.
The Nurse Practitioners provide a wide range of primary health care services to children, adults and families at the center, with a focus on the person rather than the disease and are qualified to handle a wide range of health problems including many that traditionally have been performed by physicians.
