James M. Rhodes

Professor Emeritus. Ph.D. University of Notre Dame 1969. Primary field political philosophy. Winner of the Alpha Sigma Nu award for The Hitler Movement (Stanford University Press, 1980). Has published articles on political philosophy in The Journal of Politics, The Review of Politics, and Interpretation. Recently completed a book on Plato entitled Eros, Wisdom, and Silence: Plato's Erotic Dialogues. Winner of the Pere Marquette Award for Teaching Excellence, 1979.
